There is great fun and recreation at the nearby Rocky River Reservation, and easy transportation to shopping and restaurants in Downtown Rocky River or Westgate Plaza. Be sure to also check out the quaint Rocky River park perched over the shores of Lake Erie, which provides for gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. If you are driving, you can also hop onto I-90 and get to downtown Cleveland within 15 minutes, or head West and explore Crocker Park in Westlake or Costco in Avon. The neighborhood around the duplex is very quite and you will have access to a porch off of the master bedroom to enjoy coffee or a meal outside when the weather is nice.
“We’ve been staying at the property for around one month, all was great: peaceful and beautiful neighborhood with all necessary ships and restaurants nearby and easy to get an access too. The apartment itself is pretty comfortable and spacious, with great amenities and small terrace outside for some coffee or tea time. Brennen is a helpful host and always responds pretty fast. We will definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there in the future!”

“We needed a long-term rental space to support us in finding our future home. The space was in a quiet, relaxing, and in convenient location in Rocky River near many restaurants and grocery stores. The main bedroom had an incredibly comfortable king bed with plenty of closet space for our things and it was even more than what we needed. Each room had its own tv mounted and the WiFi reach was perfect! Having our own downstairs space with a washer/dryer and storage area was AMAZING, hard to find in most duplex spaces. It was clean and bright throughout the home and basement. Not to mention, we got an in-garage parking space, which was a treat. It truly felt like our home away from home. Lastly, our landlord, Brennan, was more than accommodating when it came to extending our lease and making sure we were comfortable for the duration of our stay. He was attentive, kind and addressed any needs or concerns within minutes. I would recommend this to anyone needing a monthly or longer term stay in the Rocky River area, you won't beat this space.”
